Texhoma Land Management

Texhoma is a land management brokerage that partners with energy producers across the United States. The internal application needed to be scalable for landmen and other stakeholders, covering leasing, mineral buying, title research, and GIS mapping.

Work included workflow automation, data aggregation for risk and market insight, and document access with security as a first-class concern. The team moved data from Microsoft Access into a relational database, then built and maintained the app in C# .NET MVC with REST APIs, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and SQL.
